By downloading, installing, or using BabyPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BabyPro is a baby tracking application for iOS. The App provides tools to track feeding, sleep, diapers, and developmental milestones from pregnancy through age 6.

3. User Accounts and Data

BabyPro stores all data locally on your device and via iCloud sync. We do not maintain user accounts on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

• BabyPro offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with additional features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.

6. Health Disclaimer

BabyPro is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The tracking features and milestone information are for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any concerns about your child's health or development.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within BabyPro are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
