By downloading, installing, or using GeoKids ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GeoKids is an educational geography application for iPad designed for kids. The App allows users to learn about countries, flags, and capitals through interactive quizzes, games, and maps.

3. User Accounts

GeoKids does not require or support user accounts. All progress and data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Subscriptions

• GeoKids may offer a free tier with limited features and a premium option with additional content.
• Any subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.

6. Educational Disclaimer

GeoKids is designed as a supplementary educational tool. The App is not intended as a replacement for formal education. While we strive for accuracy, geographic and political information may change over time. We encourage users to verify information with official educational resources.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within GeoKids are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
