1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gravity Flip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gravity Flip is a fast-paced arcade game for iPhone and iPad. Players flip gravity to navigate through obstacles, collect coins and power-ups, and compete on leaderboards via Game Center.

3. User Accounts

Gravity Flip does not require or support user accounts. All progress and data are stored locally on your device. Game Center integration is optional and governed by Apple's terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Virtual Currency

• Gravity Flip features an in-game virtual currency ("coins") that can be earned through gameplay.
• Coins can be used to purchase cosmetic items (skins) within the App.
• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages on leaderboards.

6. Game Center

Gravity Flip integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to report suspicious scores or activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, music, sound effects, and trademarks within Gravity Flip are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
