1. Agreement

By downloading or using Pass It ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What you are buying

Pass It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and there are no in-app purchases. Everything in the App is included in the price you pay, and future content packs are delivered as free updates. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy.

3. Play responsibly

Pass It is a social game. Dare mode is the default and contains no alcohol references. Sip mode is optional, intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country, and must be switched on deliberately.

If you enable Sip mode: never pressure anyone to drink, respect anyone who passes, and keep water on the table. You are responsible for your own choices and for the wellbeing of the people you play with. The App is entertainment, not encouragement.

4. Content

Cards are written to be daring, not harmful. We exclude content targeting identity, religion or ethnicity, and we exclude sexual content and personal trauma. If a card crosses a line for your group, hold it down to skip it — and please tell us through the Contact page so we can remove it.

5. Age rating

The App is rated 17+ because Sip mode contains alcohol references. Do not use the App if you are below the age rating in your region.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to decompile, redistribute or resell the App or its content.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or from anything that happens during a game.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes will appear on this page with an updated date.
