By downloading, installing, or using Subsro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Subsro is an iOS subscription tracking application. The App allows users to manage, monitor, and track their recurring subscriptions, view renewal dates, and analyze spending patterns.

3. User Accounts and Data

Subsro stores all data locally on your device and via iCloud sync. We do not maintain user accounts on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Subsro may offer a free tier with limited features and a premium option with additional features.
• Any purchases are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.

6. Financial Disclaimer

Subsro is a subscription tracking tool and does not provide financial advice. The information displayed within the App, including spending summaries and renewal alerts, is for informational purposes only. You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within Subsro are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed renewal dates or inaccurate subscription data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
