1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FoxLingo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FoxLingo is an English language learning application for iOS. The App provides structured lessons, vocabulary training with spaced repetition, speech practice, dialogues, listening exercises, reading passages, and grammar explanations to help users learn English.

3. User Accounts

FoxLingo does not require or support user accounts. All progress and data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Subscription Terms

FoxLingo is free to download with limited content. FoxLingo Pro unlocks all content via an auto-renewing subscription.

4.1 Products & Pricing

Prices may vary by country according to Apple's regional App Store pricing matrix. The actual price charged will be displayed in the App and confirmed in the App Store purchase sheet before you complete the transaction.

4.2 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The trial starts the moment the subscription is confirmed in the App Store. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the 7 days, the subscription renews automatically at the plan's full price, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Each Apple ID is eligible for the free trial once per subscription group.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

FoxLingo Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. The renewal charge is billed to your Apple ID within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings: Manage subscriptions on the App Store.

4.4 How to Cancel

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then tap FoxLingo and choose Cancel Subscription. Canceling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

4.5 Promotional Codes & Discounts

FoxLingo may offer promotional codes via marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, or seasonal promotions. Promotional discounts are redeemed through Apple's system. Discounted rates apply only to the period specified in the offer; after that period the subscription reverts to the standard price. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.

4.6 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly because we never receive payment information. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using FoxLingo Pro, please contact us before requesting a refund — we will do our best to help.

4.7 Content Access

A free version of FoxLingo is available with the following limitations: the first two units of each CEFR level (A1, A2, B1, B2), the first dialogue scenario per level, and the first listening lesson per level are freely accessible. The Vocabulary Quiz is also free. FoxLingo Pro subscribers unlock all remaining content, including additional units, dialogues, listening practice, writing exercises, reading passages, grammar lessons, spaced repetition review, sentence ordering, and chunk practice.

FoxLingo is designed as a supplementary language learning tool. The App is not intended as a replacement for formal language education or certified language instruction. While we strive for accuracy, language content may contain variations in dialect, formality, or regional usage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, audio recordings, lesson materials, and trademarks within FoxLingo are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Standard Apple EULA

In addition to these custom terms, use of FoxLingo is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes relating to subscription pricing or renewal will be announced in the App before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
