MediMind ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe your health and medication data is deeply personal and should stay on your device. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data. MediMind does not have user accounts, servers, or analytics. Your health data, including medication schedules, dosage information, and adherence history, stays entirely on your device.
3. Data Storage
- Local Storage: All medication data, reminders, logs, and settings are stored locally on your device.
- iCloud Sync: If enabled, your data syncs across your devices through Apple's iCloud service. This data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- HealthKit: If you grant permission, MediMind may read or write medication data to Apple HealthKit. This data remains on your device and in your personal Health app.
4. Third-Party Services
- Apple App Store: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
- Apple iCloud: If you use iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud container. We cannot access this data.
- Apple HealthKit: MediMind may integrate with HealthKit to sync medication data. All HealthKit data is controlled by you and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Your medication data never leaves your device or iCloud account.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time by:
- Deleting individual medications and logs within the App.
- Using the "Delete All Data" option in Settings.
- Deleting the App from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
MediMind does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App does not require any personal information to function.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
