1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MediMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MediMind is a medication reminder application for iOS and watchOS. The App allows users to set medication schedules, receive smart reminders, track doses, and maintain a medication log across iPhone and Apple Watch.

3. User Accounts and Data

MediMind stores all data locally on your device and via iCloud sync. We do not maintain user accounts on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

• MediMind may offer a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with additional features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.

6. Health Disclaimer

MediMind is NOT a medical device. The App is intended as a convenience tool for medication reminders only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult your doctor, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare provider regarding your medications.
• MediMind is not a replacement for professional medical advice or prescribed medication schedules.
• Do not rely solely on the App for critical medication timing. Always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
• The developer is not responsible for any health consequences resulting from missed or incorrect medication doses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within MediMind are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any health-related outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
