Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Shotpick ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What you are buying

Shotpick is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and there are no in-app purchases. Everything in the App is included in the price you pay, and improvements are delivered as free updates. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy.

3. The App removes photos — and only when you say so

Shotpick can permanently remove photos from your library. It never does so on its own. Every removal passes through a basket you can review, and then through a confirmation you have to give.

What the App suggests is a suggestion, not a judgement about what matters to you. You are responsible for the choices you confirm.

4. Keep backups

Removed photos go to the Recently Deleted album of the Photos app and stay there for 30 days. After that they are gone. If iCloud Photos is enabled, removal applies to every device signed in to your account.

As with any tool that deletes files, keep an independent backup of anything you cannot afford to lose. Do not rely on this App, or on any single device, as your only copy.

5. Photo library permission

The App requires access to your photo library to work. You can revoke that access at any time in the Settings app; the App will then stop being able to scan or remove anything.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to decompile, redistribute or resell the App.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of photos or other data. Your remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and, where applicable, request a refund from Apple.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes will appear on this page with an updated date.
